NORTH PALM BEACH, Fla., Aug. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Dreamscapes International Properties, Inc. (DIP) has positioned itself to be a recognized international property developer. DIP's initial project is located in the British Commonwealth member country of Belize where English is its official language. DIP is headquartered in North Palm Beach, FL.

In January of this year, DIP acquired a 99.5% interest in a residential developer, Dreamscapes of Belize (DOB), which owns a 563 acre residential development project located in the Stann Creek District of Belize just 1.4 miles from the Caribbean ocean. The property has been subdivided into a 1034 residential building lot community that has the full approval of the Belizean Government. Dreamscapes has already sold more than 300 building lots to North American and European residential buyers, many of whom are expected to contract with DOB to construct their homes.

Amenities will include a clubhouse with restaurant, a fitness center and spa, swimming pool, tennis courts, nature preserve and an 18 hole golf course that weaves its way through the community.

DOB has contracted to purchase 26 additional acres known as Marina Village. The Village is nestled adjacent to the south east corner of the community on the Mullins River which flows into the Caribbean just 1050 feet down stream.

Currently, the Village has 600 feet of frontage on the river where a marina will be built. Additionally, the Village has 61 residential building lots and DOB plans to add a clubhouse with restaurant, limited lodging for guests, 40 boat slips, and additional dockage with boat ramps for use by the entire Dreamscapes community DOB is presently negotiating the acquisition of additional property for future residential expansion, including beach-front property on the Caribbean.

  1. As a property owner and someone who has been to the property in the past 2 weeks, and have seen little to no work done in the past 3 years, I have a few questions; Why are you still acquiring more land and not developing the current development? 300+ properties sold and still no utilities, still uncleared jungle lots? How about publicly announcing build dates for the sections of the development? How about getting deeds to property owners who've been waiting over 3 years? I have been left in limbo, wondering if I'll ever receive anything for the $30,000 I paid to Dreamscapes nearly 4 years ago or is the money just gone?!?

  2. To clarify the statement above, I have been to DOB 7 times over the past 4 years & the only changes I've seen are a new sign (after the hurricane in 2011, I believe) & the roads are starting to be overcome with weeds (10 days ago)! After being promised year after year that work was getting done and Ocean Reef was being cleared for building...and year after year I'd go down and see nothing had been done!!! Seeing the roads being reclaimed by the jungle was both emotionally painful & disheartening...it is very apparent that there has not been any heavy machinery there in years!!! So, I paid $30,000USD several years ago, for a property that I never received a deed for, in a develpment that has never been developed beyond roads & looks as if it hasn't been touched in years...
I hope it makes more sense now as to why I'd be wondering if the money I paid to Dreamscapes just disappeared or if I'm actually going to get something for my hard earned cash!?!
